It seems that Brett is trying to sell his fishing rights to Lake Warrington. Now we have to watch out for some rogue Indian land developer buying up our quaint little outpost and putting up luxury condominiums. $575,000 sounds a litlle bit steep for 2 cabins and 3 acres that are only accesible by float plane.
