Walter's '07 Pictures: The Good, the Bad, and the Hosers

After months of anxious anticipation, Walter has released his GSC '07 picture gallery. It is truly a treat to view a chronicling of the Classic through the eyes of the first openly gay participant. In an event dominated by uber-hetero men, Walter has defied the odds and become a threat to win the championship year in, year out, despite his appalling taste for trouser trout...

All Joking aside... check out the pictures. Walter has a great eye for photo's and there are truly some gems in the slide show. I myself am excited for the upcoming posting of the '08 pictures. I've seen them myself... they're awesome! Official Dates Realesed for George Stephen Classic

Our fearless leader Jimmy Fingers has tentatively released dates for this years annual Lake Warrington fishing trip. As everyone knows this prestigious event has come to be known as the George Stephen Classic, and is one of the most coveted titles in all of sports. Kevin will be releasing a schedule of events in the coming weeks, but the trip is planned for June 14th-19th. The one day tournament was a great time last year, and if anyone would like to add an event to the tournament schedule this year, just let us know what you're thinking. It's time for us to get ready for another week of beer drinking and dick jokes, so dust off the gear and buy rediculous amounts of powerbait, because in June we're off to the promised land!

I was searching for a map to post on the blog when I came across this interesting property listing: http://www.norealtyfee.com/app/propview.aspx?propid=2481 . It seems that Brett is trying to sell his fishing rights to Lake Warrington. Now we have to watch out for some rogue Indian land developer buying up our quaint little outpost and putting up luxury condominiums. $575,000 sounds a litlle bit steep for 2 cabins and 3 acres that are only accesible by float plane.

Now I know what all you old fucks are saying right now... what the hell do we need a stinking blog for? Well, I'll tell you why we need a blog. The blog makes it easy for everyone to communicate pertinent informations, post trip picture, discuss piking strategies, and just generally have a little fun with each other. After each post you'll see a comments section. Feel free to reply to the posts there. Each post is a good place to keep track of important stuff like who's bringing what supplies, or how much powerbait is too much powerbait? If anyone would like to be able to make thier own post just leave me your email adress in the comments section and I will permit you to do so. For right now Walter, Kevin, and myself are the primary authors, but if any of you fossils want to give it a crack... go for it. It's really pretty fun and easy.
